Customer service is excellent! I already had a filled storage unit since it opened in February. On March 15, there was a freak accident in our apartment and we had to evacuate immediately. I called Regina, the administrator, at around 6:00 p.m. and told her what had happened. I was still in shock and told her I couldn't go online. She helped me get a new storage unit right away. My friends and I were able to move our belongings that night. At that time when the accident happened, there were so many things that needed to be done, and her assistance in choosing and booking a unit made it less stressful. Thank you. The storage units are clean, and are in a convenient location (between Leitchfield Road and Ring Road). I have done moving at night and appreciate having lights near my units and cameras.
